We have been responsible for the Thrifty Car Rental website for almost 11 years now.

BRIEF

Following an extensive Discovery period to produce user stories, an MVP and associated backlog, prototype development and user testing, we undertook a full redesign and development of the website. We also implemented the substantial migration of the site from an Open Text CMS to Sitecore 8.2.
PROCESS

This ambitious project was a huge undertaking that ran over a 9-month period and involved placing a team of 5 FTEs on-site at NRMA for the duration of the project (3 senior Sitecore developers; UX and designer).
Their in-depth knowledge of our technologies and applications means that we can approach them with digital and business challenges, for which the team engineers and implements solutions that are proactive and thought leading.
